Privacy Policy

SweetNothings is made by W&W Technologies, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

What we store

• Your account. Your email address, or the private identifier Apple gives us when you use Sign in with Apple.
• About you. Your first name and how you described your own communication style, if you chose to share them.
• About your person. The name, relationship, nickname, dates and details you entered. This is yours; you can edit or delete any of it.
• Your message activity. Which suggestions you sent, changed, or edited. This is how SweetNothings learns your voice.
• Your settings. Reminder frequency, times, and quiet hours.

What we never do

• We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.
• We never read or import your text messages, contacts, photos, or call history.
• We never post anything anywhere on your behalf.
• We never send your full message history to an AI model. Suggestions are generated from a short, compact summary of your preferences and the details you entered.

How suggestions are generated

To write a suggestion we send a trusted AI provider a small amount of context: your first name, your person's first name and nickname, upcoming dates, the details you saved, and a compact summary of your learned style. We do not send your identity, your email, your phone number, or your message history. Providers process this to return a suggestion and are not permitted to use it to train their models.

Sending messages

SweetNothings never sends anything on its own. When you tap Send, your phone's Messages app opens with the text ready, and you send it yourself.

Notifications

Reminders respect the frequency, preferred time, and quiet hours you choose. You can hide message previews so nothing private appears on your lock screen.

Subscriptions

SweetNothings+ is billed by Apple through your App Store account. We receive a confirmation that your subscription is active. We never see your payment details.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your profile, your person, your memories, your message history, and your preferences. Deletion cannot be undone.

Children

SweetNothings is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
