Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and W&W Technologies, LLC for the use of SweetNothings. By using the app you accept them.

What SweetNothings is

SweetNothings suggests short messages you might send to someone you care about, based on details you choose to share. Suggestions are generated by AI and are yours to review, change, or ignore. You decide what to send, and you send it yourself.

What SweetNothings is not

SweetNothings is not therapy, counseling, coaching, or medical, legal, or mental health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help or for your own judgment about your relationship.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You're responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live, to use SweetNothings.

Your content

The details and messages you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run SweetNothings for you. Only share details about another person that you are comfortable sharing.

Acceptable use

Don't use SweetNothings to harass, threaten, deceive, or contact someone who does not want to hear from you, and don't try to break, scrape, or reverse engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that do.

SweetNothings+ subscription

• Plans. SweetNothings+ is $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
• Free trial. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial through Apple. When the trial ends, it automatically converts to the paid plan you selected ($9.99 per month or $59.99 per year) and your Apple ID is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, in line with Apple's subscription terms.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged the renewal price within 24 hours before each period ends.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
• Fair use. Included suggestion allowances are generous but not unlimited, so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features. If we discontinue SweetNothings+, we will give reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and liability

SweetNothings is provided "as is". AI suggestions may be imperfect, and you are responsible for what you choose to send. To the fullest extent permitted by law, W&W Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using SweetNothings and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
